It would be hot if you placed the arch of your toes right over the tinies with the underglass POV. The hottest would be between your big and second toes - when you used your big toe pad. It would be hot if you lightly pressed with your big toe pad, like your engulfing the tiny without immediately crushing it - how you showed the tinies on your soles and toes. I think it would be hot if you could have them oiled so that they move a lot slower on your soles and toes - the slow press with the ball of your foot - using just your big toes to play with a tiny in between them
