It moves perfectly with animations and facial expressions. It’s an accessory that looks adorable for storytelling or sleepwear outfits where the sim looks like they want to multitask while having their toothbrush in their mouth.

Thank you so much, his nose was made with a vanilla preset, and I did not use slider mods for it. I can't remember which nose preset he's using but I'll figure out how to pinpoint it in CAS.
