4 Directional Runic Attacks(need 50 magicka and 60sec Cooltimes)
*Axe animation change log
- Changed directional runic attack Cool times 15sec ->60sec (That was too overpower..)
- Axe and Spear has different cool times

-방향별 룬공격의 쿨타임이 15초에서 60초로 증가했습니다(너무 op였었습니다)
-도끼와 창은 서로 다른 쿨타임을 가집니다(도끼룬어택- 스왑 -스피어룬어택
