Note to the speedpaints

I figured I should explain a bit in regards to the monthly speedpaint voting, since we also have a couple new people here at the 20$+ tiers.
The speedpaint vote contains only 8 slots per vote, so whenever I have more suggestions than slots, I'll switch the suggestions in and out every month.
The suggestions that aren't in this month thus will be in next month.
Also it seems I had a bit of a technical problem, because when I went through the list to make sure all new suggestions are in (if possible), some of them were not there. I have no clue how that could even happen, but I marked them to make sure they'll be in the vote next time. But keep in mind that only 8 suggestions can be in the vote anyways, and the vote is already full.
I'm sorry for the confusion and I hope the explanation makes sense.

why only 8 votes?
that's because people should read the descriptions of all suggestions before voting, and the more we add, the less likely it is that people read all of them, which means that the vote won't be fair to the suggestions ending up lower down in the list.
So we figured that we should cap it at 8 suggestions, which is a long list to read already.
