I can see where you are coming from but I don't know what else I could do as rewards for the 20$ and upwards tiers. Also speedpaints don't take that long to be drawn, I can even livestream the full process in one session, so this actually doesn't take away much time. One speedpaint takes me less than a day, and there is just 2 per month.
For example, I couldn't stream the creation of a new webcomic page, since that would mean spoilers. Speedpaints are just perfect for streaming^^
(also from a personal view, I do like to draw them since they give me a chance to draw something else instead of just webcomic and just game graphics. It's a chance to draw other characters too, since it get's super boring after a while to draw one and the same character over and over again.)
As for the sketches, each sketch takes about 30-60 minutes. I usualy do them if I have about an hour of worktime left, before I call it a day and all the other works are done already.
So I don't want to start a new high quality artwork and just do a sketch instead.
Speedpaints and sketch packages just take away about 2 workdays a month, but they are a welcome change and practise for me.
I'm usually working 26-30 days a month.
This includes the webcomic, game, as well as commissions. (Commissions still take a big portion of my work time. And I have to do those since we can't pay all our bills with Patreon alone)
As you can see, speedpaints and sketches don't take much time, but commissions do. The more our Patreon grows, the less commissions I must do and the more I can focus on working on the game.
So no worries, this will get better with time^^
Of course I'm open for suggestions for other rewards or reward changes anytime, so please feel free to talk to me if you have any ideas.

I just might be one of the few of your supporters who would say to not do the sketch packages and speed paints and instead to focus on the game and comic. I mean, don't get me wrong, I like them, but I'd prefer there to be a little more progress on the latter two.
