Creating a snow line

"How do I show the land has transitioned from a warmer climate to a snowy one?"
Drawing a snow line is a great way to show that the map is transitioning to a new, colder region and here's how you do just that!
Don't forget to make the soil darker around the snow to give the impression it's damp and having vegetation peter out from the warmer biome to the colder, harsher snowy landscape is also a great way to really drive the point home of how bitterly cold the area is.
