Smart Config

The main use of the addon is you can backup user preference, addons, startup files, bookmarks, configs, etc. in just one click and export to any machine.
Requirement:
You need to have Smart config installed on both machines.

coded for the latest API.
Changed the location to N - Panel
added error messages.
