I've been planning on introducing the gronil for a loooong time, so I'm glad to finally address the great servile beasts the deva more or less enslave to practice agriculture. The deva are more like a combination of classic high elves and drow than wood elves, so they don't have some kind of natural, spiritual connection to the gronil. Instead, they use their lunar and star magic to keep them under their control.

The gronil need the deepest, thickest, and riches seed from the Deva to nourish and grow...and there is only one way to get that! Lovely stuff! You and Pop Lee have hit it out of the park again!
