I thought both the name and the general look were perfect for this comic, so this is going to be one of the normal pets that the Deva keep. Whereas the nav'raal is a war serpent they ride into battle, these are kinda like a cross between a cat and a dog for the Deva. Domesticated, cute and friendly, they will show up in Dr. Nona's chapter "Deva's Anatomy" when the Princess and the Baronesses are having tea at the beginning of the chapter.
