EDIT (19/08/25): Fixed minor details regarding functionality, such as routing issues and small business venue fixes.
Today, I'm FINALLY releasing the first version of my no cc save file in The Sims 4 after one and a half year working on it. I've given a makeover to the base game worlds of Willow Creek, Oasis Springs and Newcrest, where I've built new homes, community lots, given townies makeovers, made custom sims and households, plus added lore and other gameplay improvements. I've used all expansion packs, game packs and stuff packs in this save file, but NO KITS at all and no Journey to Batuu either.
Thank you all so, so much for all the support so far on this save file. What a journey it's been! Next up, I'll be working on Windenburg, Brindleton Bay and probably one more world, and I'm really looking forward to continuing this project + showing you all the progress.

For now I'm rotationally playing and have started with the Spencer-Kim Lewis house. Love it so far. Who should I move to next!? I want to play them all and can't decide.

2025-08-19 21:19:57 +0000 UTCHi May. I downloaded, installed and played the save file just as you released it, and was having great fun. Then today, there was a game update, after which mods were turned off as per usual. I played it a bit again, but then turned the mods back on and now it won't even load my last played household in the save file (it jumps to world selection). Obviously, with every gameupdate, there are always tons of problems with mods and the game glitching, so I don't necessarily think this has anything to do with your save file, but I figured I would say something about it anyway. Have you experienced any problems after today's update, specifically after enabling mods (which I'm not sure you even play with)?

I'm so sorry you've been having issues with the save file π After I saw your message, it got me a bit worried so I've had a couple of my friends play in the save file to see if they've been having the same issues, and there haven't been anything, so I'm so sad I don't know what the problem could be π’ I'm not sure if installing it again will make it any different? I've made a little change. If there were any particular lots you were playing on or households you played with, I'd love to check out those specifically. But thank you for letting me know!! I'll definitely keep my eyes out on any issues for the future.

2025-08-18 11:41:16 +0000 UTCHello Again May...I am so sad and sorry to report I'm running into some major issues navigating your sims through their homes...lots of routing issues and many glitches. I can't get sims to talk to each other...they can only move around or interact with objects. I'd say it might be me, except I'm successfully playing in 8 other save files with no issues. I have to delete the save for now just in case it's corrupted...I can't take a chance on it infecting my other saves. I hope you get this figured out before 2.0. Darn it...I was so excited :(

I haven't been able to find your comment on my post π I realize I could have explained it directly in the video instead of linking a video on how to download save files in the description. I do explain at the beginning of my video and in the description about what packs I've used, so I'm a bit unsure what packs it's telling you to get? Either way, apologies about your experience π

2025-08-18 05:21:12 +0000 UTCI paid for this only to find out that I also needed to apparently extract the files and move them to a different folder to work, this wasn't explained in the video. I commented on the post with no response. Also in order to play it without it being corrupted there are an additional 20 packs it tells me I need to purchase, this was also not explained in the video.
