Start Moving

One of our members got into a situation where the Start menu was too tall for his current game window size, which put him in a bad spot since there are things at the top and bottom of the Start menu that we all need to get to.
Tappar had asked if there was a way to make the Start menu movable, and I gave him all kinds of advice about how to remove some of the items, use a smaller size menu, etc. But I finally realized he was right: there's nothing wrong with making the Start menu movable just like most of the other UI components. It always re-opens at the left-hand side of the Experience window, so there's no harm in being able to grab it by the edge and drag it temporarily into view if part of it has gotten off-screen.
