I never watched the new series, though I really should, which is why I've held off on continuing my other Buffy/Red Dwarf cross.

You could have him drop into Battlestar Galactica 1978, with lasers and almost 80's hair, then after a few other adventures drop into Battlestar Galactica 2004 so he can point a Starbuck and say "Weren't you a guy"?
