DarqUI Utility: New Features for Patrons

There's a new utility available at eq2interface.com, and it primarily centers around your suggestions and requests.  Please take a minute to download and replace your old utility with it.

Aside from the changes shown at EQ2Interface, here are some neat patron-only improvements that you will see:

Default Custom Window Display

Y'know those five or so black windows that show up in your face whenever you create a new character, or redo an existing one?  They can be annoying, since most new Level 1 characters won't get much use out of them yet.  Toggling them off is always the first thing you have to do with a new character.  (That, or just shove 'em out of the way.)  Well, now you can decide which ones (if any) appear by default from now on.  Check it out at the bottom of the Manage page.  Existing characters that have already made choices to show or hide them won't be affected.

Single Icon Copy/Paste

Have you ever wanted to copy just one or two Gear Buff Macros or Icon Bar icons from one character to another, instead of the whole bar?  Poof, wish granted.  Copy and Paste are now choices on the right-click context menu for both of those windows.  Now you can clipboard one at a time and drop them onto any other character.  Kind of like a game of Norrathian 3-D Checkers.

Largest Available Updates

For our lucky members with 4K rigs, you have a new choice when you check for updates.  When you click the Size column you can now get "Largest available" for everything with one click.  No more poking around and guessing.  If L is as big as it gets, you'll get that one, but if there's an XL available it'll choose that instead.  Size does matter.  Don't let anybody tell you otherwise.

Patron Credits

When it comes to DarqUI, every Darq Sider is pretty dang important.  We already have a nice recognition page in the Help window that all DarqUI users can take a look at while playing.  And since this little project is largely about you, a credit scroll has shamelessly been added to the "About" page of the utility.  Just on the off-chance that any of our fellow players haven't noticed it yet.  I consider your membership to be your vote of confidence and my mandate to spoil you rotten.  So in a word (or two) as always: Thank you.
