Well, not really a wife.

Audrey is Natural/Pure Werewolf in the MOJOverse - born a SheWolf to Werewolf Parents. While most werewolves treat their Base and Bestial sides as different forms of the same personality, Audrey's in the odd case of having separate personalities for each half. Both are Audrey, yet completely different.

Base-Audrey is deadpan, cynical, and typically annoyed at everything.
Were-Audrey is crass, wild, and typically aroused by everything.

When Audrey decided to stay in for the night and watch youtube videos, WereAudrey claws her way to the surface to go out "hunting" - her usual grounds being college bars of drunk freshman who aren't going to remember the fine details of an encounter with her.

Boring Lore:
For Werewolves, living around Mortals/Not-Magical Beings is considered a bad idea- the general stigma is even the slightest scratch will convert a person into a savage beast on a full moon. While this is somewhat true, most Werewolves are forced out of communities if discovered. Several agencies - both mortal and magical - monitor for such cases.

While most natural Werewolves tend to be solitary or living in communes far from civilizations, there are many Werewolves (Natural or Turned) that choose a life in cities or town, keeping their presence under the radar and generally living an uneventful life.

Audrey is such a case where she would never purposely hurt anyone (perhaps a few bruises), but not having full control of her Were-Personality is a major red flag that would have her most likely relocated back to her old commune. For personal reasons, she would really not want to go back there...
