Midwest Fur Fest Badge Pre-Orders [WIP]

OH MAN!

So a week or two ago my partner and I made the last minute decision of attending MFF at the end of November (Thankfully we were offered an empty room someone was giving away in the main hotel so we SNAGGED IT). We're both SUPER excited cause we've never been to this con (and I've never been to Chicago), and we've heard SO many good things about it from friends of ours! We'll be driving down, just under 10 hours (oof), but I love road trips so IT'LL BE FUN. Although, we're crossing our fingers that the snow will hold off :S Cause that will definitely make the drive even longer -_-

Anyway! I opened for 6 badge pre-orders over on Twitter and FA for those attending as well, which will be delivered in person too :3 

I also took on trades with 4 other artists attending, so I'll be getting a bunch of badges in return as well....which literally happens to every con I go to (on top of pre-ordering a couple... I have an addiction xD )

Badges are probably my favorite type of commission to work on cause I get to really focus on expression and overall character acting in these. I do my absolute BEST to keep these characters true to their personality. I like making them feel ALIVE cause this piece of art is what represents suiters/general attendees at cons. THESE are what people first see (besides the person/suiter of course) when meeting for the first time. So its extra important to me that I get the artwork spot on.

Plus these guys are wearing these badges all weekend. MY ART IS ON DISPLAY ALL WEEKEND, so I gotta make sure they're top notch x3 It's free advertising ;D 

So I should have all of them done pretty soon. I'm getting the badges out of the way first so I can make any changes needed ahead of time, before I print and laminate them, rather than last minute (aka night before the con)
