An inked version of one of the commissions I've taken on featuring a wolf family from a book series. Kirvas, Reya, and their young daughter having a moment together in their village.
Strangely, I can hear the young girl's "Eee! Gift!" when the necklace is held up.
As were hurtling into August I find myself getting a bit of 'idea paralysis'. The problem is that I have about a thousand autumn ideas now dancing around in my head to draw, but can't figure out which I'll start with.
I did, unfortunately, slip behind with the $10 tier sketches. This month had a solid couple of weeks eaten out of it with getting my residence cleared out. It's hard to pass up a deal on bin-trucks and it's been something I needed to get done for a couple months now. I'll be picking up the slack in the beginning of August though, and will get back on track.
I'm going to do my best to keep art on schedule as I can. I'm currently in the beginning phases of figuring out moving in the near future. While I can keep up easily now, I'm not sure how much things will be put into flux with the actual moving process. There could be a time I'm without internet for a while (It shouldn't be long), and of course, days of lugging things over, and meeting with realtors and lawyers etc.
But I'm still looking forward to this fall. I hope it's a peaceful one. The first in many years.
I may have to just draw more autumn wolves. They seem to pop up a lot every year around this time. And of course, Cinders, because she's already trying out scarves and patting pumpkins.
