To say it's been a busy week is a bit of an understatement. However, despite there being three medical meetings to get my father to, one of them I was happy to have.
My father has had is first Pfizer COVID shot. Something that I can only imagine is a massive relief to him. He's booked to get his second in the beginning of April, and I couldn't be more pleased.
And, inside my little cranium there was a mare doing a happy-dance after all was said and done. Dancing with Lady Stripingly, Mrs and Mr. Squeakerface, as a farewell to at least one block of anxiety that was eating into my core for over a year now.
This is a very rough first draft, I still love how Clip Studio lets me draw quick straight lines using only the shift key, though I still need to set up a ruler since I want the table to be off-set from the background slightly (It adds a little bit of a dynamic breakup of a too uniformly blocked in room).
I'll be sending the next notice out for the next Patron Sketch in the next week or so, barring any more heaps of appointments. I was delayed by both a crammed schedule and the fact that February stole 2 days from me (I swear, I actually forgot Feb had only 28 days normally, my brain just stopped working last March and hasn't started again :).
Here's to more days of dancing ahead.
