Exploring Vesper

At some point, he found a metal trapdoor leading underground. Rancid air came out as he peeked into the darkness.
Tessa, the curios seller, told him about the Sewers, an undreground maze connecting various part of Vesper. She warned him about these treacherous tunnels. Again, three choices are presented to the hero :
Explore the Academy and locate the scroll for Tessa
Investigate the rituals in the Farmlands
Go down in the sewers to find access to the Commercial District
