"Wha-hey-hey!  You lads see the status of these drinks?  'ere as big as my head!"

"I see she found the bar."

"Seems like."

"Hah, wanna bet a crown we find 'er in a tree later?"

"A tree?  Haha!  If yer lucky.  She been eyein' you since Laon Zhan.  Yer gettin' a gnomin' if'n ever I were bettin' on it"

"haha, yeah I.. Wait.  A what!?"

Its still hot here, so I figured a summer picture with Ellys, gnome explorer extraordinaire and her companions (Eh, the fox guy and equine guy.  I need to find their names again).

Gnomes in 'Wroth tend to live vibrant lives.  Part of their feywild ancestry and the ties with the arcane bloodline of the world itself.  They don't tend to be subtle about actually living a varied life.  It explains why so many are explorers (and why so many have short life-spans after being chased by large things with pointy weapons).

I sadly haven't mapped out the Qiuloan isles, and can't really provide a point on a map where they are.  But one of the sea-side settlements near Laon Zhan (likely Laon Ulekka).  There's a surprising amount of resorts out that way.

Aye, a bottle of the 'Bastard' for me and my dragon friend here. What a cool scene. I hope they don't mind strangers dropping in. πŸ˜€

They do indeed. Gnomes and other fey creatures can be rampant in celebratory romps of all sorts. But with so many different and varied ancestries on the world, some of them will swoon towards those of other cultures. For instance, Its common for Javarran (wolf folk) to partner up with Khettu (fox folks) since their territory borders on each others.

I haven't drawn many of them before, admittedly. I've illustrated a Kobold or two, and I think a Lizardfolk years ago, but haven't drawn many of the dragon folk. Its something I hope to remedy when I start drawing out the people of the Aegencald :)

Tim J.

I immediately love them.

Sylvian

I don't remember seeing them before.

Dragon-person indeed :). They're known as the 'Ithiskaari', from the southern continent of Aegencald (though there are a fairly large number of them in other places across the central continent as well). They're a bit haughty, seeing themselves as descendants of dragons. The one in the back is part of the verdant chroma-caste (so, green!).

"Yer gettin' a gnomin'" Well that settles it, different species can and will get it on in this world.

Kubulai

Yep. We've seen them before.

Kubulai

Dragon-person?! :O
