2025-04-05 04:37:16 +0000 UTCYES!!!!! One of my favorite movies! Edit: After watching the movie, here are some add-ons: (1) Michael Jai White does not play Black Dynamite. MJW is playing former all-pro running back Ferrante Jones, who is playing Black Dynamite. If you watch the trailer, it says that. Both Jim Brown and Fred Williamson are former NFL players. 2) The translation of the Vietnamese boy’s comment is, “You’re full of shit”, 3) Brian McKnight is in the pimp carousel scene. You can see him behind Bokeem Woodbine, and he has a speaking part during the credits. 4) When you listen to the songs (sung by the guy who played in House of Payne as the uncle), the lyrics explain what is happening in the scene. 5) The guy the interrogated was one of the cops in The Mack 6) Movies referenced: Three the Hard Way…Coffy…Willie Dynamite...Black Belt Jones…Black Caesar (the ledger)…and a little of Enter the Dragon (Jim Kelly was in that movie also). The main plot is based on Three the Hard Way with Brown, Williamson, and Kelly in it. The plot is the man is poisoning the water supply, and the poison only affect black folks. 7) Black Dynamite is a composite of Jim Brown, Fred Williamson, and Jim Kelly characters.
