New Year starts with a fizzle.

Cue sad-slide whistle sound.

On either the 31st of December or the first of this month it looks like Patreon had some sort of difficulty with it's servers. I don't know the particulars, but it seems that after this happened some problems cropped up when it comes to payments.

I realized a slew of payments didn't go through on my end, which I figured was just folks needing to pay Christmas Bills, and I'm not sweating too much. The big problem is that my own pledges to other people have been 'declined'. Some of you are on here (a couple are not, though). If you notice that my pledge didn't go through to you, I apologize for that. Nothing changed on my end, and I've sent a note to the help-desk (who are usually pretty good at getting back to me quickly) to see what can be done.

If need be, I'll send a direct payment, but I'm hoping this can be resolved. Again, I'm not too worried about people pledging to me, there will be posts going out Bi-Weekly as normal, but I wanted folks to know that there was yet another weird hiccup with the system, and that I'm not trying to bail on anyone.

I should have the post about the plans for the new year up soon. This will include thoughts on proceeding with commission slots and the like. Artwork is on a Bi-Weekly post schedule for the next little bit as I scramble around for work. 'Tis the season, and all that.

Hopefully the snafu can be fixed quickly. Cheers,
