Computer Problem delays

I'm currently having incredibly lengthy problems with a new display I was given as an early xmas gift. The display itself is a Benq (and I warn people who rely on their screens to keep away from this brand, gorgeous displays but the software is abysmally bad.).

The display's software suddenly started 'cycling' brightness and contrast resolutions on me today. Changing the brightness, resolution and even the width of my tablet literally out of the blue while I was working on finishing today's sketch. I'm currently baffled as to what I can do. My tablet is immensely dark even with it's on-board brightness cranked to 100, it's own software is very difficult to navigate (It's not a Wacom, and the software comes out of China) and I can't seem to resolve the issue.

I apologize for not getting the sketch posted today, but until I figure out what to do (short of a full system re-install at this point) I won't be able to get any work uploaded. I can't seem to find a 'restore to default' for the tablet at all, and am not sure if it's the actual tablet causing the problems

If this does delay me indefinitely, I will set Patreon (or contact them) not to put through any more charges until it can be dealt with. I refuse to take payments for a month where I've so far been unable to post. I will still send out high resolution images when I do manage to get them done, however, as compensation.

I'm truly sorry about this turn of events. It's literally out of my hands until I can get this bizarre and sudden wipe of my tablet restored or re-installed. I can only hope it won't be more than a day or two.
