Health Hiatus Notice

The Simple Info:
A minor heart attack lead to my hospitalization for multiple days a while back. Since then I have been focusing on my healing, recovery and limiting my exposure to stress by staying offline and away from community spaces.

I'll be taking a break of 2 months or longer to focus on my health and recovery.

My Patreon is not a monthly reward Patreon so for now I'll be leaving it active for those who still wish to offer support.

If you don't wish to pay please remember to unsub since I will be taking a break from content creation and social interactions.

During my hospitalization I received hate mail, death threats, multiple targeted false DMCA takedowns of my work, intentional DDOS spamming of my backup server for my work and more.

With all of the above culminated together along with general online stressors and irl stressors my doctor, my SO and I have decided that ceasing exposure to anything that could cause additional stress and trigger further medical crises is for the best.

Moving forward I will be pausing all work for XIV, exposure to any form of social media or free form access (such as dms) and focusing on my health.

While I hope to return in the future, I will not put myself at risk so I am taking proactive steps to make sure the trauma I experienced due to my hospitalization never ever happens again.
