The rules are the same: Tier 3 suggest a character, each of them can suggest one
Tier 2 can suggest a transformation or something the character does, say hypnosis, bimbos, whatever you want
With the small change that there is an action limit for tier 2, this being ONE alone and not a combination of two or more, just to be able to give rise to something more concrete (it should be noted that examples such as "robotic genie" from the previous time they are something completely valid to suggest, but not a simultaneous TF action and hypnosis, if anything you can see a change in the character's personality, but preferably not involving a complete brainwashing.
Once this is done, both things will be put to a vote separately and from each of the votes, it will be decided what content the art of August will have~
