Sungazer Vol 2 is out Today!

My duo project Sungazer just released our second EP today, and it's available wherever you listen to music online (Spotify, iTunes, bandcamp, etc)

This project was quite an undertaking for a couple of reasons. My partner in crime in this endeavor - Shawn Crowder - lives in Berlin, and it has been difficult to find the time to work on this together with the geographic distance. We both lead busy lives away from original music, and it just takes a lot of effort to put together everything needed for a proper musical release.
The second reason is because I mixed and mastered the album by myself, which I always promise myself I won't do, and then I do it anyway. I'm completely untrained when it comes to mixing and production, so the process is slow and frustrating sometimes. I sometimes had to abandon work on mixing the EP for literally months at a time, because I would get so burnt out on listening to the thing over and over and not know how to proceed.
This is on top of the YouTube stuff I've been making, which is it's own animal, and so the music for this album is a very long time coming. Some of the original demos were made in 2015, and versions of the tunes have existed across the internet since then as well.
Anyway, there will be plenty of content associated with this EP come out in the next week or two, so stay tuned!
