Native filipino speaker here, direct translation for jiggly: let (him/her) rot from where (he/she) came from. Namely, we don't have separate filipino pronouns for him/her - it's just one word ("siya" = "s'yang" = shortened to "yan" ). So I think the heavy focus on referring to venus as "it" when translated is unwarranted.
