I have never posted a WIP before but I have heard this is the sort of patreon thing you are supposed to do, maybe a little insight into my drawing process which I am certain you are all desperate to hear about.
Basically, I do a little doodle, then I just like, get creative with it. I poke it about, throw some colours at it, I kinda treat it like a lump of clay and play with it until I think it looks cool. Then I leave it and either forget about it completely/decide it's not worth finishing or pointless to finish, or I will come back to it and realise it's actually horrible and play with it some more or I will get carried away and decide it needs to be a comic or something until the scope of it is untenable and it takes me weeks to finish. There's also the rare time where I actually just go "TIME TO FINISH IT" and then I will do the lines neatly and the colouring nice and stuff, nice as I can at least.
This one was a rejected frame from a storyboard of an animation I will probably not make but I liked it enough to give it the ol' clay poky art attack and then I thought I COULD POST THIS ON PATREON so here it is, I feel it's symbolic of how I feel trying to take care of my mental health.
Anyway, if this is cool and you want more, please say so, if it's uninteresting filler that you hate simply don't comment on it and my anxiety will tell me never to post this sort of thing again for you.
Love you
TomW
