Most voted option was 3 so colors for daily clothing are done. Which means colors for uniform are too since the design uses the same cap and the uniform colors. There's one other color to decide tho and it's eye color. Chromatically the most fitting options would be either a reddish-brown or going for chromatic opposition and do blue, but it's your design so you may choose another option.
