The winner of the poll for the hair design was number 6, so we'll go with that. No one made any suggestion for additional personality traits so she'll remain just a pyromaniac tomboy.
With that in mind, let's jump to the eyes (bubu!)
I've made a few designs with different approaches. Have in mind the eyes in anime are greatly influenced by personality and tend to tell the viewer what to expect; or condition them to expect. Big round eyes will probably scant the character more into the happy side; slim ones more towards sexy or serious, slanted ones towards more aggressive, very open ones towards crazy, etc
