I wanna say Dragon is next in line for Incomplete matriarch, because she is one of the strongest incompletes and she is respected by countless Incompletes. Not to mention her influence. But then again adding her as one of the 4 Matriarchs of the revolution is like Charles Xavier joining the Brotherhood of Mutants. Or Ghandi joining the Schutzstaffel (SS).
