You’ll have to use the same email address on HeroesInfinite.com as the one you were using with us on Patreon (otherwise we won’t be able to match your account and you could drift into the Abyss for eternity!)
You’ll need your coupon code and you’ll need to click on the Apply Coupon button to make it work (we tell you how to get the coupon once you start the subscribing process)
To make sure you’re not billed twice (once on Patreon and once on HeroesInfinite) you’ll have to unsubscribe from our Patreon page (we tell you how to do that on the other side)

All our previous releases and Loyalty Rewards are currently being uploaded on the website and are planned to be available in our HeroesInfinite.com members library by the end of the month. The work is being done quietly behind the scenes, and we’ll switch everything on all at once for you.
We’re also creating a Community Forum exclusive to our members directly on HeroesInfinite.com so you can interact, exchange and help each other in your 3D printing adventure.

I already have at least a dozen accounts for various 3D STL files hosting services so adding another one is essentially crazy for me. I have also not seen any responses from you about making the lives of your supporters easier by linking your MMF releases to the users MMF accounts for the months they supported you. To be fair, over the last few months I ghad massive problems with your download files and really don't understand why you can't offer a similar level of quality like your competition does by syncing our MMF acconts. Please understand we often support several artists and if you are a business that number can easily be in the dozens. We need MMF support

But if you switch back to Patreon, all the releases you will subscribe to on Patreon (after unsubscribing from HeroesInfinite.com) won't appear in your library on HeroesInfinite.com.

If I can get an account on this new website and access all the previous months I backed without paying for or subscribing to anything, and then have the choice of supporting (or not) in a given month, then that would make it a website worth using.

They owe you money, and are being difficult about it. Now really, was it so damn hard just to say that? It's not throwing someone under the bus when they're screwing you over... it's just being HONEST and saying it like it is. Many of us would have been less unhappy and going on about it, if you had just said so from the start. LEARN FROM THAT please. All of the above reasons to join sound good... especially bonus extras. That said... Some reasons not to join: - No place to voice concerns/opinions on there, (like I'm writing right now) ... and even when you put it in (I hear it was a planned feature to add later), you have total control over the site. We've seen it time and time again in the past where some company completely censors all the negative traffic on their site, so that everything looks just fine. - Yet another place to login to etc. While yes, it may be a perfect system, but indeed, it's just yet another thing to have an account for etc. It's nice having all my 3d print artists here, on patreon (and mostly on MMF). Now... if your site became open to other artists, and we had lots migrate out to that instead (as you're right, patreon isn't perfect... is clunky in places... has no redemption etc), then that's obviously a different matter. MMF has just started this too with their TRIBES system... (urgh...), but at least it's still connected to the same MMF account I haven't entirely made up my mind yet either way

I'm fine with a creator going with a self owned platform, and since I've had a good experience with them so far, even as far as them getting me access to my files again after my original harddrive died, I'm fine with moving over. They've answered any questions I had so far, and in a very timely matter. I do get other people having the hang ups on wanting to move over, and understand for all of us it's a personal decision.

I believe most of you already atlas supports so this would make you all even more unified. I love the idea of all you mini patrons joining hands and creating a miniture STL site where there is one big unified community.

That way everything one place and you help other creators and don't leave them in the dust. Kinda like how Linus media setup there own YouTube competitor to help not only themself but also other creators

I’d thought I’d done it when I first opened the account, but on subscriptions tab, it only shows the available tiers etc - nothing about what you have signed up for.

However, you need to know that currently, MMF owes us several months’ worth of sales that we’ve been chasing without getting any results from them. It has happened other times in the past, and we know that we are not the only creators that had to face this situation. We run into the same kind of issues in terms of responsiveness for customers who purchase our files, or whenever we need assistance or changes in putting our own files online. Needless to say, these issues also affect you as a customer. So, have we said above concerning Patreon, we don’t like to throw other companies under the bus, but we face issues since the beginning with MMF. Now, imagine you are in our situation, and you had to wait for your files for 3 or 4 months… How would you feel?

That place in MMF. right now I'm fine with subscribe every now and then because your on Patreon witch is like a secondary main platform but with you locking away content on your site, this will properly my last month. It's the same reason why I never subscribed to loot studios. I understand why you do it. It allows you take a bigger share of the money and it streamlines your upload and distribution work. But for me, as a consumer, I prefer not to have 10 different sites, apps or whatever. So, conclusion, good luck with this next chapter in your company and maybe untill another time.

This is one of the reasons we decided to create our own platform: because Patreon has so many shortcomings in terms of its functionalities for our patrons that we wanted to offer them something much more efficient and user friendly. As project creator, Patreon’s superheated back-office interface is a pain to work with and does not allows us to serve you properly. We didn’t think it was necessary to harp on this because we don’t want to play a nagging game with Patreon, but basically, all the benefits you see listed for using Heroes Infinite are stuff you cannot have on Patreon. Some of you can see this move as a way for us to make more money, but saving money simply means being able to grow our team and serve you better. Also developing a platform of this scale takes a lot of time and a lot of money. I see that you have been with us for only one month, so you may not have a full grasp of all the Patreon's shortcomings. We are offering an alternative because we deeply think we can offer you guys a much better experience, which is what the people who have already made the move are saying. However, we are not leaving Patreon and you are free to continue using it to access HeroesInfinite models or to move to HeroesInfinite.com and enjoy a much better experience. But you still have the choice.
