I have been in and out of the hospital this whole past week. It's going to be nice to just stay laid up and catch up on all these videos. Thank you Dev. Also great movie! And the word Comanche basically means "War on All" So for Josey to make peace with a chief of a clan from the Comanches really shows you how bad ass he is. Thank you for the content Dev. I will absolutely be enjoying these films as I rest up.

He tried to make it as realistic as possible, like wrangling the horses, which he really did because he grew up on a ranch. It was also one of the first films to use percussion cap & ball revolvers and rifle muskets, whereas older Westerns used .45 LC cartridges and revolvers from the 1870s and '80s. Josey actually used dual 1847 .44 cal Colt Walkers. An 1860 .44 cal Colt Army, and two 1849 Colt .31 cal Pocket revolvers as a last resort. The man had some firepower lol.
