The role he plays in the film Warrior. Where he is in the ring totally dominating the sport of UFC/MMA. That was a good movie!

This is getting me thinking about some of the better Tom Hardy films as well because I think that man could butt heads with Dicaprio any day of the week. Lawless was so very underrated and I thought deserved so much more praise then it got. Bronson. That movie there was quite...well, there are few ways to describe the movie without going into detail...Brutal and intense maybe is what I would use...and then there is one show I think needs to be brought up is Taboo. It did not have many episodes which is a real shame but is Tom Hardy at some of his best on screen and finally Legend where he does a fantastic turn as the Kray twins from 1960s London. Okay...Im done fangirling for now.

Great reaction so far man! Dig this movie, even if it does whitewash the hell out of slavery. That's fucked up, but no one would be out here rooting for Mel Gibson if he was a damn slave owner so it is what it is. Regarding that one point of confusion, Mel's son and the evil British cavalry guy were on opposite sides. Mel's son was carrying dispatches -orders, intelligence, official reports, etc - for the American side. Tavington (the British dude) wants to hang him as a spy because a) when the found him he wasn't in uniform and b) he was now behind British lines. A guy not in uniform behind enemy lines carrying secret papers is a spy and you can hang spies. Mel tries to make the point that he isn't a spy, he's a uniformed member of the military carrying marked official orders and so he can't be hung as a spy, he's instead a prisoner of war. This is correct but Tavington, is an asshole and is going to hang him anyway.
