Cops hate it in general when someone resist, it makes their job harder, I think the reason these cops are so nice is because of policy of their agency , the body cams are reviewed by their agency and they are required to act according to their policy or face disciplinary actions, probably while they are not in uniform they are not this nice, their agency is one of the best

One can demand any incident for example any DUI arrest from this date to a certain date, any case where someone resisted arrest, some pd’s are very transparent and easily share public record, some do not, I have seen some of the videos of la crosse on this channel posted by other youtubers with different editing , you also can hear some of these arrests on the local news
2022-07-22 14:24:15 +0000 UTCI’m curious as to how you become aware of these incidents. I’m under the impression to request BWC/dash cam videos and reports you have to know an officer or person involved. Either way how do you know which videos to request?
