i think the observation about the cast character level up is bang on -- they all grow and they all have good and bad traits and distinct personalities... and they work more and more seamlessly as a team

Daisy is very much still cooking as a person & as an operative, and character development isn’t always linear. (But f*ck me she goes places this season! You ain’t ready!) The writers know who their leads are and how much to milk their characters traits & flaws before it gets old. Trust.
2021-11-21 12:57:45 +0000 UTCA massive strength of Agents of SHIELD is that it had all of season 2 and season 3 "level up" the rest of its cast, so that as characters they're on par (and often more likable than) Daisy. Daisy's bullheadedness is definitely one of her most memorable traits, for better or worse. Anyways, love your reaction!

2021-11-21 00:21:36 +0000 UTCDaisy has her outbursts for sure and it gets messy. Her hotheadedness is a flaw that contributes to stories for her at times. I enjoy her character though. I think with her and with Lincoln they both have been so unlucky with life/love (in their different pasts) and add in the mix of inhuman stuff and it makes sense that they would move wild/mad. Lincoln is a very underated character I think in Agents Shield. I think with time you lot will appreciate him. I know I did back when I first watched and still do now.
