so she has tentacles for hair, tentacle for a tongue.. wonder where else she has tentacles.

Maybe? Considering that an octopus doesn't have a toung to begin with if it evolved(if evolution is even the right mechanism in this instance) from an arm then it probably does, if it grew later, with its proximity to the head, maybe not.
However, it having its own little brain would be the most interesting answer.
