Poor girl's going to be pretty scared of the next round. Wearing the shirt and having Mamma nearby will help her confidence A LOT. Jennifer would probably get a heartfelt hug for that!

For all that terror of Wendy finding out, she might end up wishing she had told her daughter. I think the story that comes after this night will be the equal of the night itself. (Most likely, how to guild Wendy after this new and frightening development.)

They might pin her down long enough to get her head re-orientated. But she's going to be gone all night if that's what happens. I suspect Jennifer will find out sooner than later.

2021-09-10 21:02:27 +0000 UTCIf you have kids, younger siblings/cousins, parents generally buy children's clothes up a size and a half bigger, some times more to get extra longevity out of them as kids grow soo fast from infant to even 18. I've seen a 18 year old who thought he was done growing spike an extra six inches of height. Met him in the military. Had to switch out all his uniforms.

Wendy's head is NOT attached straight right now. I'm frankly amazed Jennifer handled the first transformation as well as she did. She probably has Wendy to thank for that. (Mothering instincts overriding the Beast.)

The first few full-moons are going to be interesting for sure! Thank goodness Wendy's got friends who are both able and willing to restrain her this first time. Show us what you've got Amazon!

Like I said before though, it's somehow befitting she would struggle taming her new inner-beast at first. THANK GOD one of her friends is a ridiculously over-muscled Amazon. Aella CAN pin Wendy. I just hope she doesn't get bitten or scratched up too much. (although.. Aella DID want combat experience.)

(At least when there's a full moon.) But clearly her abilities come with a fallout attached. I'm surprised Jennifer handled herself so well when she first transformed. Still, once Wendy has more control, she's going to probably enjoy just how fast and agile she can be! "When you need speed, you need a Werewolf!"

2021-09-08 22:11:22 +0000 UTCyeah. plus you also have to figure that the first time it happens, she is going to be a little overwhelmed by her new stronger senses, as well as potentially a bit of a power rush from suddenly getting bigger, stronger, etc. possibly some sort of hormonal rush as well if the changes are partly physical rather than purely magical. once it happens a few more times she'd be able to learn to control it. till then she's going to need chaperoning by her mom. thankfully between having a werewolf mom and he very smart and knowledgeable dad, she can probably learn what she needs to know to shift safely.
