Very well-written. I like MHA, but I agree that mainstream shounen *is* bad by default. Predictable plots, flat characters that don't act like real people, cheap appeals to emotion, strict adherence to archetypes and tropes without adding anything, etc. It's a problem infecting *most* anime, and you explained it very well.
