Some players have been noticing that their M+ runs weren't always being logged. This is due to an error on the official leaderboard where characters are being displayed as "Unknown."
Blizzard is aware of the bug, but we don't have an ETA on when it might be squashed. Aspyr has made a few small adjustments to try and help minimize the damage here...

Blizzard's API increase to show the Top 500 runs has definitely allowed us to track many more runs than before, but heavily populated realms will still cap out as the week goes on.
