You are wrong about Pluton. Tom told Iceburg to keep the blueprints for Pluton as a counter measure to another ancient weapon beeing released/used. He thinks since an ancient weapon is so powerfull that only another ancient weapon could stop it - so it is not something like Pluton or a counter to Pluton, it is literally blueprints to the original Pluton, which we know very few of but that it is a very powerfull large warship. That is what makes the scene of Franky burning them much more impactfull because he believes that Nico Robin would never try to awake an ancient weapon for anyone to use and he also believed that she is save with the Straw hats. What we know of Pluton is that Crocodile searched for it in Alabasta, so there is not just the Blueprints to it but also probably a complete version and we also know of Poseidon as an ancient weapon which is Shirahoshi and Uranus - of which we know nothing at this stage.

2025-10-21 21:57:16 +0000 UTCSo the plans that Tom designed and passed down to Iceburg and Franky wasn't the plans for the ancient weapon itself. I think it was Iceburg that stated, they were a countermeasure to combat the ancient weapons if one was to be found and began to wreak havoc and destruction upon the world. I think it was codenamed Pluton as reference 'in combat to' sort of way. But from what info was shared during Water 7/Enies Lobby I believe it had power on par with the Ancient Weapons so could technically have been considered a weapon itself I guess. Big Mom is a very surprising character and scary is an understatement. I think everyone will be ready for a new arc and some new sights soon. We all gonna get a big breath of fresh 'New World' air! :D

2025-10-14 22:09:14 +0000 UTCAbout leaving the Navy, for sure a high tier like an Admiral shouldn´t be able to as they know stuff that normal Marines don´t but then again, who is gonna stop such a strong character from leaving the Marines? It has to be one of the admirals or the Fleet Admiral and as you heared, they are very close in strength at the moment.
