2025-08-19 07:17:06 +0000 UTCVander Decken is probably the most rancid character Oda's ever created ngl. He gives Absalom from Thriller Bark a run for his money. Totally annoying and exhausting every time he's on screen. And it was fair to feel a bit off about Tom's brother, they DO hide his face for a suspicious amount of time. Plus he's extremely friendly and hospitable right away which is also usually a big red flag. But rest assured he actually is just a chill and nice dude.
