a little mugen train update~

Initially I wanted Mugen Train to go live for Tier 3 today but it still has a little bit left to edit and I have completely overworked myself this weekend, I think I need to push it to tomorrow ;-; I hate feeling like I'm letting you all down because your support here is so appreciated. I hope that's okay and I promise my silly little Mugen Train tears will be worth the wait. <3
