A few days ago I attended a (topless) bottomless brunch hosted by @comfortableinmyskin and as hesitant as I was to attend, I'm so glad I did!
We are so quick to give compliments and speak positively to others but why do we not share the same grace with ourselves? This event allowed all the women in the room to see their worth, their importance and begin to recognise how they speak to their bodies.
I was even lucky enough to be able to take these women through an empowering topless yoga flow!
