I’m balls deep into a Breathwork/Fasting “bootcamp”.
This is day 5 of no solid foods. Just been drinking homemade vegetable juices and almond milk while also doing 3-4 intense Breathwork sessions a day plus morning and evening stretching.
My tummy lookin so flat and my body is feeling pretty great rn 👍👍👍
I’ve never taken a “solid food vacation” before and I’m surprised how well I’m doing with it. Introduced some fruit into the juice mix yesterday 🤤 was VERY tempted to eat the mango….mango is so fucking delicious.
Made a killer juice yesterday with like 6 Cucumbers, 2 heads cilantro, 1 cup of pineapple + mango pieces from the fruita guy on the street, 2 small packages of mint, and 1 jalapeño 🥒🥭🍍🌶🌱🌿
All that filled 4 of my glass jars with juice.
I’m gonna start my day with some “golden” almond milk. I warm some almond milk up on the stove and add 1tsp of Tumeric, 1/4 tsp ginger, a cinnamon stick, and a pinch of black pepper and VOILA!
