So as a disabled person and one of those people who would have a medically necessary access to a device I have a couple of thoughts. 1. By only only devices for disabled students it outs them and increases the chances of bullying. 2. It denies access to neccassary tech to students without a diagnosis, far more common than you'd think. 3. Those in the process of diagnosis/paper work will be denied neccassary access. It's for these and other reasons the disabled justice movement is against these bans.
