Hey folks, as we have mentioned in the last two analyst's calls and in the survey, we have been considering putting the public DTNS feed out with ads. These ideas would be dynamically inserted in a way that none of us will even know which advertisers are going in, keeping us separate from the ad influence. And the bulk of our support will continue to come from you. This will let those who can't afford to support the show directly still help the show out and give us some more flexible funding for trying out new stuff.

And to be clear, if you subscribe to the Patreon RSS here and listen to Good Day Internet, you don't need to do anything and nothing will change for you. There will not be ads on Good Day Internet.

I just subscribed to the new feed, and it shows a generic Podcast Generator icon. I assume it will get updated with a proper DTNS logo?
