I think that this story arc would work better if it was divided into more videos of this length, one for each test/training session with the Empress. I felt that some parts needed a little bit more detailed description. Also, more direct speech would be nice and immersive. Not "She instructs you to bend over a padded bench ...", but maybe "Now, bend over my cute little maid so I can get a bettr look at you ...". Direct speech could be done with a different voice to make it easy to understand. Something like that can give you more options to better paint the scene and maybe humiliate the sissy maid a little bit more :) . Just a few suggestions that came to my mind while watching the video.
