Re: Google Duo Dear Google, None of my friends use your chat / calling / video calling apps because it's too confusing. Google hangouts could have been great but it required a Chrome extension. Some of your apps have duplicated functionality and others have been simply destroyed without any clear reason why. Just give up. I have more than 10 other methods I could use to communicate with my friends and family. Why would I try to convince them to use your services when they already know how to use something else that works just as well and isn't likely to disappear in the near future? Sorry for the rant and thank you for your time. Love the show.
