Peach's Letter Progress

Princess Peach now has a highly complex emotional system, where she starts off nervous and innocent, and slowly becomes more comfortable, happy, until finally she becomes cruel and taunting. Throughout these different stages, she also has a nuanced range of sub emotions that change depending on her situation, or in reaction to what bowser or the Chatroom say to her.

As well as that, Peach and Bowser can also talk to each other now with voice clips. What they say changes with context of...

Starting 3D animation

Wasn't quite happy with the rig before, but after whipping up a new shader, it's looking ok, and ready for animation. Here are my first test animations.

New animations

The Paper Peach prototype went well. The other good news is that I was able to import the latest 2D rig into the game and get it working successfully, which is something I thought was impossible before. I will now be replacing the paper peach and bowser with these rigs.

I designed this rig just to make animations with, because it's very complex and a little heavy for a videogame. But I was recently able to give the rig an overhaul, and programmed in some new functionality that makes it...

Hiatus Over

Hi everyone, the hiatus is over and the patreon is live again.

I'm back working on the Paper Peach game, and its progressing fast, with many new features and positions coming in the next update.

In more exciting news, we even have a great Princess Peach model and rig in the works by Zueda, who is my favourite 3D modeller, and my original first choice. More on that later.

(Update) Paper Peach's Letter

Big update to paper peach's letter available on itch.

You can now play through the game and rescue peach, and trial a little minigame at the end.

Peach's arousal and pleasure can also increase now too, and her dialogue updates as things heat up.

I tested out elevenlabs for the princess voice just to see what its all about. I'll definitely go back to Viv next time though.

Please note, you cannot beat the game in this current version There's some more left to do before releasing a proper v1 demo, but I just wanted to update everyone on my progress.

3D Princess - early look

Hey everyone, here is an early preview of the 3D princess currently in progress. Feels good to finally have something tangible. Once this is rigged, I can begin making animations, but that doesn't mean the model is going to stop production. With 3D, I can keep making improvements to the model, and then apply that updated model to existing animations. So rest assured, she will keep getting more and more beautiful as time goes on.

Paper Peach (preview)

While waiting for the 3D model commission in progress, and while gh0stVX is programming the 3D POV game, I've decided to work on my own small project to fill the gap. Here is an early look at the Paper Peach game I started last week.

Development update

Hello everyone,

I'm still chugging along slowly. As before, it's been a very slow process trying to collaborate with 3D modellers. I'm going to simplify my commission and try make things easier. Just want you to know that i've contacted about 100 3D artists, but they either decline or fall through for a variety of reasons. I think i'll document some of these attempts in the discord channel if people are curious.

Thanks everyone for the patience. As stated, we had some trouble commissioning the new 3D model. But it seems like we've now got the artist we wanted, and it should hopefully go smoothly from here.
