SURVEY!
We’re going to do a mid-year survey to help us brainstorm how to keep improving the show. Expect that to show up by the end of this week. The last one is extremely helpful so big thanks to anyone who takes the time to fill it out. We know so much about pie preferences now.
QUARTERLY CALL!
Our very first official quarterly call will take place Thursday September 10 at 8PM Eastern/5PM Pacific. Jennie and I will certainly be on it. As many of the other contributors that can make it as well. Anybody at the ‘Analyst’ level will get a Skype number they can call in with questions. Hangout link will come to all of you at the early warning level.
TOM OFF AGAIN?
Yeah I will be shooting the last few episodes of Connected Tech in Detroit August 16-22. But it looks like we might have good ol’ Neshcom on board to help out. This is the last of my trips away for other work. Though I may take some time off to sleep at some point

I'll be doing DTNS from DragonCon on Friday September 4. Similar to last year it will be a more relaxed panelly show but it should be fun. Veronica, Justin and Jon Strickland will be joining!

All of our contributors have the same mic as I do. Some guests don't but I don't expect every guest to have perfect sound setups. I really think the audio issues are more often a matter of connectivity or level setting than mic quality though.

2015-08-06 22:04:29 +0000 UTCLet me start by saying I don't want to sound picky. When Tom left last time, some of the podcasts were tough to listen to, one I just deleted due to poor audio. Is there a way to work with the guest hosts to improve upon that when Tom leaves again? Just my two cents on a minor issue. Thanks for the great show and thanks for being awesome!
